The scope of this demo

The public demo searches an isolated sample catalog with public image sources and credits. It does not provide access to customer catalogs or their documents. An on-premise deployment is a separate project; this web demo runs on a server, not inside your company's network.

Registration and email confirmation

We collect your name, email, company, selected language and campaign attribution when supplied. These details support your request, email confirmation, demo access and follow-up by our team. Registration may also be forwarded to our commercial follow-up system.

When registration is available, confirming your email starts a trial with up to five searches over seven days. The confirmation email is sent through the configured email delivery provider. Registration can be unavailable even while prepared examples remain accessible.

The photo you search with

The search endpoint receives and decodes the uploaded image in memory to compare it with the sample catalog. The demo does not deliberately save query photos as files, add them to its catalog or use them to train a model. Avoid uploading personal information, confidential documents or images you are not authorized to share.

Results show visual similarity. They do not confirm an exact part number, compatibility or suitability for a particular application.

Usage and security records

The demo stores registration details, confirmation and expiry dates, search counts, search processing status and email delivery status. Request counters help limit abuse. These records operate the trial and keep its limits consistent; they are separate from the uploaded photo.

The seven-day access period is not an automatic deletion deadline for registration or operational records. The current demo does not apply a general automatic deletion schedule to those records.

Cookies and browser storage

A cookie maintains your verified demo session, separately from the private application login. Your browser also stores the selected language, campaign attribution and request identifiers used to avoid duplicate submissions. Blocking or clearing browser storage may affect these preferences and session continuity.

The public pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which creates requests from your browser to that service. Following a source or license link opens an external website with its own privacy information.
